1. Request comes in
A job starts with a request — from a customer, a property manager, a landlord, or a recurring schedule. Aviaur captures the scope, the property, the contact, and any known hazards upfront so the downstream work has context.
2. Safety + competency gate
Before dispatch, Aviaur checks the JHA for the relevant task template, surfaces the SDS for any chemicals involved, and verifies the assigned person holds the right tickets, certifications, and endorsements. No JHA, no competency, no dispatch.
3. Schedule against real constraints
The scheduler respects real crew availability, travel feasibility between sites, equipment constraints, predecessor/successor dependencies, and recurring-run cadence. Monday morning is a plan — not a whiteboard scramble.
4. Run the job on the phone
The crew opens the job on a phone, sees site notes and hazards, marks start and finish, captures photos and evidence, logs materials and consumables from stock, and records the JHA sign-off. Nothing has to be re-typed at the office at the end of the day.
5. Evidence sealed at closeout
At sign-off the JHA, approvals, photos, material use, and completion record are hashed together and written to the job ledger as an append-only entry — trusted-timestamped and optionally anchored to a public blockchain. Corrections are new entries that reference the original.
6. Close out and export
Actuals roll into a job completion statement automatically. The request, the JHA, the work done, the materials used, and the costing all share one record — which means audits, disputes, and property handovers have a single source of truth.
